Support When You Need It — In-Class & Online

At South Florida Literacy Institute, we are committed to supporting learners before, during, and after their educational experience. In alignment with the ANSI/IACET 1-2018 Standard for Continuing Education and Training, we provide structured communication, academic support, and follow-up services to ensure every learner has the tools needed for success.


1. Registration Support

From your first inquiry to confirmed enrollment, we provide clear guidance and responsive communication.

You will receive:

  • Detailed program information and prerequisites

  • Enrollment agreements and payment plan options

  • Confirmation of registration and course schedule

  • Direct contact information for questions

Our team is available to answer questions regarding scheduling, requirements, technical needs, and payment options.


2. Pre-Program Communication & Orientation

Before your program begins, we ensure you are fully prepared.

You will receive:

  • Orientation session overview

  • Course objectives and expectations

  • Program logistics (dates, times, location)

  • Required materials and tools

  • Reminder communications prior to start date

We ensure all learners have the information and resources necessary to begin confidently.


3. Support During the Program

Throughout the learning experience, we provide:

  • Instructor access for academic support

  • One-on-one assistance when requested

  • Prompt responses to questions

  • Access to required materials and resources

  • Ongoing program monitoring for learner satisfaction

We are committed to maintaining a responsive, learner-centered environment.


4. Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

At the conclusion of each program:

  • Learners complete course evaluations

  • Feedback is reviewed for quality improvement

  • Enhancements are implemented based on learner input

Your feedback directly contributes to the growth and refinement of our programs.


5. Post-Program & Credentialing Support

Our support continues after program completion.

We provide:

  • Issuance of certificates or diplomas

  • Credentialing guidance (including FCCPC assistance where applicable)

  • Access to alumni resources

  • Information about advanced training opportunities

  • Career and professional development guidance


Ongoing Communication & Accountability

  • All learner communications and records are securely maintained.

  • Annual reviews are conducted to ensure our support services meet evolving learner needs.
